What are Smoothie Bowls- They are thicke smoothies with toppings and are unbelievably delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Medium Bananna
  • 2/3 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2/3 Cups Mango Chunks
  • 1/4 Cup Steel Cut Oats
  • 1/3 Cup Blueberries
  • 5 Medium Dates

Instructions

  1. Place all incrediants in blender, vita mix, nutri bullet blend to smooth and enjoy

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Carrots
  • 1 Medium Celery Stalk
  • 1/2 Small Beet
  • 1 Handful Parsley
  • 1/4 Small Lemon

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Apples
  • 1/4 medium Grapefruit
  • 1 small bunch Grapes
  • 1/4 small Lemon
  • 1/2 small beet

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 handful Spinach or Kale
  • 1 Cup 1 Cup Apple Juice
  • 1 Cup 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 small Fresh Ginger (Optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Chia Seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons Raw Sun Flower Seeds

Instructions

  1. Sweeten to taste with Agave Nectar or Dry fruit (Dates, Figs, Apricots, &/or Raisins)

    Mix Juice, Seeds and Ginger in Apple Juice and Blend add Fruit to Mixer and Blend until smooth Refrigerate until ready to drink

This recipe is especially designed for people who love that tantalizing taste of good old collards. Totally meatless greens provides the taste of grandma's greens.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches Collards
  • 2 bunches Spinach
  • 2 bunches Turnip greens
  • 1 medium Red Pepper
  • 1 medium Green Pepper
  • 1/2 small Eggplant
  • 2 small garlic cloves ( optional )
  • 1/2 teaspoon grill mate smokehouse maple
  • 1/2 teaspoon Braggs Liquid Aminos
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey ( if desired)
  • 1 small Valdalia onion or scallion
  • 1 tbsp Nutrional Yeast
  • 1 dash Chipotle all purpose seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1) In a small mixing bowl chop or dice the red pepper, green pepper, garlic, eggplant, and onion. Pour a  small amount of olive oil in a skillet or desired cooking pan, sautee  until tender.

    2) Add collards and spinach pour just enough water over the mixture  to cover the greens, be sure not to put to much water, add hickory smoke, braggs liquid aminos , and honey allow mixture to cook down until greens are tender. Serve with cornbread or as a favorite side dish.

Superina's Watermelon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 large Watermelon
  • 1 Bunch Grapes
  • 1 Pint Blueberries
  • 1 Pound Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Cut both ends of the watermelon off sit it up on a flat edge on the counter peel it from top to bottom and cut it in half horizontally, bring each piece to desired shape, make one bigger than the other, smooth the edges using a clean scoring pad, use toothpicks to adhere smaller to larger piece, smaller piece on the top.

    Using fruit of your choice with toothpick. Enjoy
