Cut both ends of the watermelon off sit it up on a flat edge on the counter peel it from top to bottom and cut it in half horizontally, bring each piece to desired shape, make one bigger than the other, smooth the edges using a clean scoring pad, use toothpicks to adhere smaller to larger piece, smaller piece on the top.
