Ingredients

  • 1 Head Red leaf lettuce or escarole
  • 1 Bunch Kale
  • 1 Small Cucumber
  • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Bunch Parsley
  • 3 Small Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Small Jalopeno Pepper
  • 2 Pints Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Medium Carrots
  • 1 Dash Scallion, dash sea salt, dash cayenne (optional)

Instructions

  1. Makes about 2 quarts of juice. Cleanse all vegetables well, place all vegetables in juicer, use distilled water or apple juice.
